These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StoreKaro, a self-hosted personal media storage service operated by [Owner name / company name] ("we," "our," or "us"). By using StoreKaro, you agree to these Terms.

1. What StoreKaro is

StoreKaro consists of:

• Box software — software you install on hardware you own, which stores your media locally.
• Mobile app — an Android application for browsing, uploading, and streaming from your box.
• Cloud service — servers at api.storekaro.cloud that handle account management, device pairing, push notifications, and peer-to-peer connectivity signaling.
• Website — the marketing and account management site at www.storekaro.cloud.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StoreKaro. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at gqliptv if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use StoreKaro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Store or transmit content that you do not own or have the right to use.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or harms the cloud infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer the cloud service or bypass security measures.

5. Subscription

A subscription (₹100/year) unlocks extended cloud features. Subscriptions are purchased on the StoreKaro website via Razorpay and are governed by Razorpay's terms. No in-app purchases are made through the Android app — all billing happens on the website.

Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Your media

Your media files are stored on your own box hardware. We do not store, access, or claim any rights over your media. You are solely responsible for backing up your data — StoreKaro is not a backup service.

7. Service availability

The cloud service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use StoreKaro at your own risk and always maintain independent backups of important media.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StoreKaro, including data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using StoreKaro at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your account data on the cloud server will be deleted; your media on your own box is unaffected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
